Hobart Hurricanes will be kicking off their BBL 2021-22 campaign against Sydney Sixers on 8 December 2021. They will play their last league match Melbourne Stars at the MCG on 19 January 2022. Both the teams are remembered for their rivalry against each other and producing nail-biting finishers.
Captain Rachel Priest & Coach Salliann Beams would be looking to end the trophy drought for the Hurricanes. Their first target would be to proceed beyond the league stage as they are not able to make it in last 4 seasons.
It is evident with the new recruits by Hobart Hurricanes that they mean serious business in BBL 2021-22. Addition of Sandeep Lamichhane, Nathan Ellis, Matthew Wade, Ben McDermott etc will not only bolster the team, it will give them a strong base to win their first title.
