Sydney Sixers are the defending champions after winning the BBL trophy for the last two seasons consecutively. They are one of the most successful team in the history of Big Bash League 2021-22 along with Perth Scorchers with three titles to their name.
Skipper Moises Henriques and Coach Greg Shipperd are all set to extend their title winning streak in BBL 2021-22. They will start their campaign in this season against Melbourne Stars on 5 December 2021. They will play their last league game against Adelaide Strikers on 18 January 2022.
