After being missed out for a few years’, the Women’s Asia Cup has marked its return in 2022. The 8th edition of the Women’s Asia Cup 2022 is all set to be played from the 1st to the 15th of October at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Bangladesh. The tournament will be played in the T20I format and will feature 7 teams this time around.
The defending champions Bangladesh will host the entire tournament. The first match will be played between Bangladesh and Thailand on October 1 in Sylhet Outer Cricket Stadium, Sylhet.
The semi-finals of the Women’s Asia Cup 2022 will be played on October 13 in a doubleheader match. The final of the Women’s Asia Cup 2022 will be played on October 15.
